We are looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to assist in the production and assembly of advanced heavy-lift drones. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based manufacturing environment.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring our UAVs meet the highest standards of safety, quality, reliability, and performance. In our agile, collaborative environment, team members often wear multiple hats—so flexibility, a solutions-driven mindset, and a passion for learning are essential.

Note: This role involves repetitive tasks requiring precision, consistency, and strong attention to detail.Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, fit, and test mechanical, electrical, and electronic components for our world-leading heavy-lift industrial drones according to detailed instructions and work procedures.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calibration instruments, and basic measuring equipment to perform assembly tasks.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet high standards of performance and safety.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised work area.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Identify and report material defects or assembly process issues.
- Continuously contribute to the improvement of assembly procedures, quality checks, and production systems.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing products as needed.
- Assist in the commissioning process, transitioning aircraft from production through verification to flight testing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Mechanically, electrically, or technically minded with a passion for building and testing high-performance robotics.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse settings is preferred, but not required. Experience with drones, RC models, or mechatronics is highly desirable.
- Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude, including competence with hand tools.
- Ability to precisely follow technical instructions, diagrams, safety systems, and quality control procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to doing every task correctly and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- No formal qualifications required—on-the-job training will be provided.
