ORQA hiring – Technical Documentation Writer

● Writing about technical subjects for both technical and non-technical audiences
● Creating user manuals, product datasheets, brochures, how-to guides and product packaging copy
● Creating scripts for video tutorials
● Testing and updating existing documentation
● Creating infographics and screenshot markups
● Updating, editing, and proofreading written materials such as product manuals, user manuals, how-to guides, and FAQs
● Working closely with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and product marketing team
● Collecting user data to determine areas of documentation that need revision and updating
● … all the while carefully following the in-house style guide!

REQUIREMENTS:
● Excellent knowledge of English language (with an emphasis on written form)
● Good eye for detail and aesthetics
● Ability to understand and accurately translate technical information for general audience
● Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines
● Proficiency in graphic design software tools (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw…)
● Experience in technical writing is a PLUS!
● Background in technical engineering is a PLUS!
● Graphics design experience is a PLUS!
