As the Training Leader at Global Drone Solutions, you’ll be an engaging and innovative leader responsible for steering the company’s training vision. Embrace the thrilling pace as we expand across Australia and tap into international realms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and oversee daily training operations for our global endeavors.
- Ensure steadfast compliance with CASA and ASQA standards.
- Architect, deliver, and scale effective training programs nationwide, steering training calendars and front-lining all training initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of tutors.
- Revitalise and maintain company training databases and systems.
- Forge training policies and procedures, ensuring the upkeep of training records.
- Generate and present comprehensive monthly training statistics & reports.
- Engage with clients through both virtual and in-person interactions.
- Collaboratively design and craft influential marketing materials.
- Provide expertise and guidance as an integral part of the leadership team, also offering support where needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Mandatory Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
- Current Remote Pilots Licence holder.
- Sound knowledge of the aviation sector and RPAS technology.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in curating impactful training programs.
- Ability to travel domestically and nationally.
- Proficiency in understanding numbers and data.
