About the role
This role will be based 3 days in our London One Braham Office, with 2 days remote.  Role requires travel when needed.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Readiness Manager to join our Drone Solutions team. As a Business Readiness Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure that our products are ready to be launched into the marketplace. You will collaborate with the product team, sales team, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the needs of our clients and are aligned with our business goals. As our Business Readiness Manager, you’ll need to have an excellent understanding of how each programme, project and initiative impacts the whole business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business readiness process including Go/No Go structure for our drone solution products.
• Develop training materials and deliver training to sales teams, partners, and clients on the benefits and use cases of our drone solutions products.
• Develop and maintain documentation on our drone solutions products, including process flows, user manuals, technical specifications, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure products are ‘ready’ and ‘accepted’ into sales and service, ensuring supply chain, service desk, and billing processes are completed and kept up to date.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely product launches.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of our products against the KPIs and making recommendations for improvements

• Cross-portfolio programme launch expertise in getting products to market and ready for service.

• People first mentality, getting under the skin of problems and insisting on a deeper understanding before solutionism.
