Sky Fly Technologies – Flight Control Engineer

In this role you will be heading up the development of the flight control system for the Axe E-VTOL aircraft configuring our flight control software for both simulation and full scale aircraft testing.

Responsibilities

· Lead the development and implementation of the flight control system

· Assist and collaborate on the full control system architecture and design

· Test and analyse models in simulation and real flight test scenarios

· Analyse flight test data to improve system performance and stability

· Collaboration with both internal and external partners

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Control Engineering or another relevant discipline

· Experience working on novel aircraft designs and control layouts

· Strong mathematical ability

· Ability to work in a small team
