MAIN PURPOSE:

Creation, maintenance and delivery of all technical content and sales / marketing communications

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Technical content

• Create and edit on-line product manuals
• Collate information for educational documents such as FAQs, wiki

Sales & Marketing content

• Creation of customer use-case stories and case studies
• Social / organic / ad content creation
• Content and Copy for collateral, print, packaging
• PR stories & advertorials
• Newsletters and Blogs
• Own and drive execution of a content calendar across all channels
• Website content
• Scripts and Videos

Content Systems

• CMS / DMS process design and ongoing management
• Establish and maintain document and content management processes and controls
• Establish a comprehensive document taxonomy and version control
• Document delivery and support (all channels)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 + a relevant qualification
• 5+ Years B2B content creation experience (international experience is a plus)
• Experience in technical writing from a sales, marketing and technical manual perspective
• Well spoken with an excellent command of the English language
• Ability to craft communication in a clear and concise manner
• Clear thinker who is able to abstract and communicate the most important concepts
• Methodical, an eye for detail and process-oriented
• Ability to create on-brand/voice content across multiple channels
• Can prioritise and manage multiple concurrent deliverables
• Customer-service orientated
• Self-starter, who takes ownership and can execute!
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
