CUAS Coalition Seeks Military User for Command & Control Technology

The CUAS Coalition is offering a great technology to reduce the cognitive workload from central command to the warfighter on the ground through an innovative command & control technology. Our spotlight company that we are assisting just needs a military unit to field the technology, and the US Air Force to manage it by writing recommendations. The SBIR is fully funded, but they need a unit to use, evaluate and manage the technology from Phase I into Phase II. The SBIR has now expressed interest in a US Air Force managed phase II. This is not to say the US Air Force couldn’t manage this and the Marines (who need this technology desperately) couldn’t field it.

The company has received 4 SBIR Phase I’s in just 6 months for various technologies. This is a very innovative small company with an impressive track record for securing 4 SBIR in such a short time. They have partnered well and have great advisors to help guide the company. The technology that the CUAS Coalition is pushing to Phase II is a command and control technology using gesture hand controls to control swarms, ground bots and helps to reduce the cognitive burden on the warfighter on the ground in the field. This is specific for Category 1-2 sized small sUAS and small ground bots. It is fully funded so this is a great opportunity for the Air Force and we are looking for a Military Unit that needs this technology to ask the Air Force to assist them in the management of the contract.

The CUAS Coalition is now accepting companies to work on Small Innovative Business Research (SBIR) by opening up our military and government connections for contracting work. We are seeking innovative counter drone (CUAS, CsUAS, C-UAS) solutions and also military applications for sUAS. Our extensive network and directors are willing to progress technologies that will enable innovation and companies that seek funding for the development of solid technology. Our SBIR program is available for any size business that fits the requirements to apply for a SBIR. We have contract vehicles available through our partner network that can take companies from Phase I to Phase III and get them on contract in 5 days. We will also feature companies that we have partnered with and will have a call for interested parties to come forward such as industry investment for matching funds and also the military to help further the technology through Test & Evaluation.
