DJI Associate Marketing Manager

Job description
Responsibilities:
• Formulate holistic marketing strategy that is aligned with HQ, but also localized, to promote the DJI brand and products in Hong Kong
• Identify and execute integrated marketing programs that align with short- and long-term business needs which may include customer engagement campaigns, seasonal promotions, partnership events, etc.
• Plan and execute events such as customer workshops, New Pilot Experience programs and VIP / media product launches
• Support with translation and localization of PR editorial and campaign materials
• Monitor daily news relating to DJI’s HK business, competitors and industry and flag issues to HQ PR team
• Work with HQ social media team to develop content and copy for DJI HK’s Facebook page
• Conduct tracking and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing initiative and how it ties back to the business goals
• Conduct market research to analyze local market trend, competitive analysis, consumer insights
Requirements:
– Marketing or Communications Degree with 4-7 years of professional experience in a marcom role or communications agency
– Strategic, analytical and creative problem solving skills
– Can-do attitude, agile and always ready to tackle any challenges
– Strong team leadership, can work independently and able to see things through from start to finish
– Excellent presentation, editorial / writing skills and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
– Passionate about the latest technologies and how it impacts the world and our daily lives
– Understand content marketing and capable of storytelling / developing localized content, be it for social or traditional media
– Candidate with immediate availability are preferred
