Aeryon Labs vacancy :- Portfolio Planning Manager

As the Portfolio Planning Manager, you will:

• Establish and refine the process by which Aeryon collects, synthesizes, and prioritizes inputs into its product strategy and portfolio
• Define, manage, and execute to the corporate governance calendar for the review, approval, and dissemination of the resultant business and product plans
• Create and disseminate the resultant documentation, in the form of Market Requirements Documents, Product Briefs, Plans of Intent, Plans of Records etc to all internal and external stakeholders
• Drive cross functional alignment on the timescales and inputs associated with the process, and ensure rigorous documentation and follow through on related tasks
• Manage large-scale customer- or partner-facing programs, including but not limited to funded development, technology partnerships, teaming agreements, or similar forms of relationship; ensure the same standard of governance and quality/timeliness of delivery is applied to these programs as is applied to organic programs

About You

You are detail-oriented and deliberate in your approach to managing, documenting, and delivering large-scale business-wide programs and processes. This is balanced by exceptional interpersonal skills – you are able to “sell” ideas across functions and levels, both inside and outside the organization. Throughout your career you have stood apart from your peers by virtue of exceptionally fast, yet comprehensive and high-quality delivery of work product. You have extensive industry experience in aerospace and/or defense sectors, and clearly understand and can execute within the constructs of “aviation-grade” or “MIL-spec” programs and customer requirements.

What You Bring

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or similar technical discipline
• MBA or other graduate-level education
• PMP or similar designation is desirable
• 15+ years professional experience in aerospace or defense sectors
• Hands-on experience and personal accountability for the management and delivery of large, multi-year mult-vendor aerospace or defense customer programs
