Lexus Quadcopters from KMel

A Lexus quadcopter who would have thought well done Alex, Daniel and the rest of the team at KMel. Just goes to show that unmanned technology is growing mindshare. Really magical stuff that once again looks simple but is of course mindbogglingly difficult.

Today KMel Robotics and Lexus International unveil “Swarm,” the second project in the Lexus “Amazing in Motion” global brand campaign series.  This film is the result of a collaboration between Lexus, Director Sam Brown of Rogue Films and KMel Robotics.  In the film, we take KMel quadrotor technology out of the lab and into multiple everyday spaces around the city of Vancouver.  The result is a playful story of quads exploring the city at night while we sleep.
