The HeliSpy is a VTOL (Vertical Take Off Landing) air vehicle that uses the MP2028^g autopilot. The HeliSpy has capabilities of both a helicopter and an airplane. The HeliSpy can take off and land vertically and maneuvers laterally like a helicopter. For high speed forward flight, the HeliSpy can be tilted nearly horizontally and in this configuration the main body and the rotor guard act like a wing and the HeliSpy flies in a manner similar to a fixed wing aircraft.
