Brave1: A Year of Uniting Ukrainian Tech Powerhouse for Defense

Over this past year, we have brought together Ukrainian defense tech companies, security and defense forces, government, investors, charity foundations, media, and all those who see technology as one of the keys to victory in this war.

Thanks to the support of Brave1, Ukrainian developers have significantly streamlined the path of their products from conception to codification and contracting.

Year in Figures

In the first year of the cluster’s operation, Ukrainian developers have registered over 1600 technological solutions on the Brave1 platform, including:

▪️ 200+ unmanned ground vehicles
▪️ 200+ solutions in artificial intelligence
▪️ 100+ radio-electronic warfare tools
▪️ 60 Ukrainian developments have already been codified according to NATO standards.

In addition to project support, we provide financial assistance to Ukrainian developers. We have already issued 186 grants totaling $3.2 million. These funds are used by manufacturers for research, scaling, and product development.

More to come. We plan to increase the number and volume of grants and actively involve investors and international partners in supporting Ukrainian defense tech companies.
